EPRR Training and Exercising Needs Analysis (TNA)

Woman working on a computer

The Health Protection Agency has been commissioned by the Department of Health to conduct a Training and Exercising Needs Analysis to identify what emergency preparedness, resilience and response (EPRR) training and exercising may be required by the NHS in the future.

The EPRR Training Needs Analysis Questionnaires are now closed

Each questionnaire takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes to complete. We would like to encourage you to fill in at least one of the questionnaires according to the role you would fulfil during a major incident. If you fulfil more than one role during a major incident, or you may be asked to step up to perform a new role, we’d like to have your feedback for this role as well. In this case please feel free to complete as many questionnaires as you like.

Once you have completed and submitted your questionnaire you will be directed back to this page, where you can complete another questionnaire or simply exit. You can return to this page at any time before the closing date to complete a questionnaire.

We value your contribution to this project. Any information you provide in your questionnaire will directly shape Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response training and exercising in the future.

Please consider the list of major incident roles below and complete the questionnaire that best describes your role in a major incident or emergency.

The role titles are:

  • Communications Staff
  • Control Room Coordination/ Manager
  • Emergency Preparedness Practitioner
  • Accountable Officer
  • Strategic Leader

Please note links to the questionnaires are only available until Friday 3rd February 2012.
