HPA Health Emergency Planning Programme
This qualification is designed to provide the knowledge and understanding necessary for individuals to participate in the development, evaluation and operation of emergency plans and to enable their employers to comply with legislation. The programme concentrates on the need for emergency management, the design and construction of emergency plans and the operation of emergency plans.
