The Centre for Radiation, Chemical and Environmental Hazards (CRCE) offers a comprehensive range of radiation protection training courses in radiation protection and chemical safety for all persons who work with, or have responsibilities for, radiation sources and potentially hazardous chemicals.

These courses will be of interest to radiation users, radiation protection supervisors, managers, radiation protection professionals, health and safety officers, environmental health officers and emergency response personnel. Specialist courses covering the use of specialised software and equipment are also provided.

CRCE also provides customised courses, tailored to meet the needs of an individual company or group of associated companies. These courses are particularly effective where large groups of people require training, or where a discussion on company-specific procedures is required. These courses can be provided either at an Health Protection Agency location or a venue of the customer’s choice.
