Radiation Emergencies Awareness Course for Press Officers

Course overview

A major incident involving radioactivity, whether accidental or deliberate, would attract national and international media attention. The HPA has in the past run a course specifically for press officers working in responding agencies and organisations whose role in a radiation emergency would be critical to the successful management and recovery from a radiation emergency.
