Courses on offer can be tailored to a particular organisation’s needs and delivered either at HPA training venues across the UK or at a venue of the customer’s choice.
The Emergency Response Group at the HPA’s Radiation Protection Division has a wealth of experience in preparing for and responding to radiation emergencies and sits on numerous national committees influencing national policy. The HPA Radiation Protection Division is internationally recognised as being a centre of excellence in the field of radiation protection and its reputation for high quality training delivered by experts is highly regarded.
Courses can be tailored to an organisation’s specific requirements. The list of topics below is by no means exhaustive.
The HPA is a non-profit making organisation and as such the cost of preparing and delivering any course is designed to cover costs only. Costs depend on the topics covered, duration, number of delegates and venue of courses. Please contact the Emergency Response Group to discuss your requirements and to obtain a detailed quotation.
Arrangements are available for charging per delegate and taking all bookings should an organisation wish to extend training opportunities beyond their own staff.
All training courses are subject to the standard terms and conditions for training courses held by the HPA Radiation Protection Division.
