• The topics A-Z, the 'What's new' feature, the site map, and the search engine all offer quick ways to find the content you're looking for.
• The advanced search feature generates results that you can sort by relevance, title, type and date, and you can narrow your search by publication date and by content format.
• Images and white space make the content easy to read.
• Short text URLs give clear references to where users are on the site, for both regular and occasional users.
• The breadcrumb trail of links across the top of each page indicate where users are on the site, to help navigation.
