Immunisation Training Resources
The Health Protection Agency is committed to facilitating the provision of training for healthcare professionals involved in immunisation and is collaborating with colleagues in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales in this work.
The National Minimum Standards for Immunisation Training and accompanying Core Curriculum were developed by an advisory group led by the Centre for Infection’s Immunisation Department as one of a range of initiatives to support the education of those undertaking immunisation delivery at a local level. The aim of these National Standards is to ensure consistency in the training provided across the country and to aid those responsible for providing training
As well as the Standards themselves, this page includes examples of some of the many different training materials and resources which can be used to support the training of healthcare professionals in immunisation.
