Radiological impact assessment with PC-CREAM 

PC-CREAM comprises a suite of models and data which can be used to perform the radiological impact assessments of routine and continuous discharges from virtually any type of installation including nuclear power plants and nuclear fuel cycle facilities. It was developed for the European Union but parts of the system have been used throughout the world.
