Food Law Scheme
A HPA External Quality Assessment Scheme designed for laboratories that examine foods in accordance with European legislation under Regulation (EC) 852/2004 using methods specified in Regulation (EC) 2073/2005 Microbiological Criteria for Foodstuffs
The samples are simulated foods to be tested for compliance with either the Food Safety or the Process Hygiene Criteria.
