Standard Scheme

This Scheme is suited to European official laboratories and any other laboratories that offer a quality food examination service. Two samples are dispatched every two months and the tests required are listed on an accompanying report form. The examinations covered are aerobic plate counts, Bacillus cereus, Campylobacter spp., Clostridium perfringens, Escherichia coli O157, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus aureus, coliforms, Enterobacteriaceae and Escherichia coli.
