Problem solving

If you have any specific problems with BioNumerics, can we please suggest the following steps in solving it:

  1. Read the manual
  2. Check the Frequently Asked Questions section of the Applied Maths website
  3. Each laboratory issued with BioNumerics also sent one person for training. Please check with your local trainer to see if they can help. If you don't know who this person is, please get in touch
  4. HPA employees can contact the Bioinformatics Helpdesk. If you do not have an account with the Helpdesk, please register via the Bioinformatics HPANet pages
  5. Contact Steve Platt who collates queries/requests to Applied Maths. He will be able to tell you if this query has come up previously or will forward it to Applied Maths.
