Unit 6: Operational work groups

Actual operations will be the responsibility of several broad work groups, each charged with developing a plan that lays out an operational strategy and incorporates the cross-cutting issues of legacy and communication. Based on the capacity assessment, additional working groups might be needed at lower levels.

A sample framework for operational work groups is provided. The framework is organized around three broad topics – population health, medical services, and disaster planning and response – each of which is addressed separately on this site.
