Guidelines

This resource provides links to the guidelines issued by medical specialties for the diagnosis, treatment and management of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) and HIV.  HPA guidelines for the management of STIs and hepatitis outbreaks are also given.

The British Association for Sexual Health & HIV (BASHH) issues UK national guidelines for the diagnosis, treatment and management of all sexually transmitted infections.  BASHH together with the British HIV Association (BHIVA) issues guidelines on the diagnosis, treatment and management of HIV, hepatitis A, B and C.
