Clinical pictures include: images of anthrax lesions, chest x-ray showing widened mediastinum and brain showing anthrax haemorrhagic meningitis. The laboratory images show the causative agent of anthrax Bacillus anthracis, on blood and bicarbonate agars and stained with malachite green, India ink, MacFadyean's and Gram stains.
