Sexual Health Profiles
The profiles aim to support the work of Strategic Health Authorities and Primary Care Trusts in monitoring the health of their population and the performance of local health systems.
The profiles have been developed by the Microbiology and Epidemiology of STIs and HIV (MESH) Department (HPA Centre for Infections) and include measures published in the 2008 review of the Sexual Health Strategy commissioned by the Independent Advisory Group on Sexual Health and HIV.
The range of profiles will be extended as further data sources including the genitourinary medicine clinic activity dataset (GUMCAD) become available.

Sexual Health Balanced Scorecard
This interactive mapping tool, was developed by the HPA and the Association of Public Health Observatories (APHO) to compare data on teenage pregnancy, abortions, contraception, sexually transmitted infections and HIV and other aspects of sexual health within individual Primary Care Trusts and with national data.
