- What are the IT requirements for using HPA-eLAB?
- Internet connection
- Screen Resolution: 1024 x 768
- Internet Explorer ver 6 or above
- Adobe Reader ver 8 or above
- Pop-ups must be allowed for the HPA-eLab website
- What are the General requirements for using HPA-eLAB?
- You must regularly receive Laboratory Reports from MS Colindale
- You will need to nominate at least one person to act as a Customer Administrator to manage user registrations for your site
- You need to read and abide by the Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy documents
- You will need to complete the registration process documented on the HPA-eLab information page.
- What is the difference between a Customer Administrator and a User?
A Customer Administrator is responsible for managing their site user accounts. This includes approving user applications, resetting passwords, locking accounts and changing security access levels. Customer Administrators will also have access to reports and documents.
A User only has access to authorised reports and documents in HPA-eLAB.
- How many users can register with HPA-eLAB?
There is no limit on the number of users allowed to register and use HPA-eLAB. The only condition is that each site must nominate at least one Customer Administrator to manage their user accounts for HPA-eLAB.
- Can I register for multiple sites?
Yes - there is no limit to the number of sites you can register for however this will need to be approved by the sites Administrator before you are allowed access to documents in HPA-eLAB.
- Can I register with the same username for multiple sites?
If you have requested access to documents from multiple Customer Sites you will be able to use the same user name and password for all. As soon as one of them approves your application you will be able to log into HPA-eLab and see the documents from that Customer, but access to documents for the other Customers will not be provided until they have also approved your application.
- Who do I contact if I need assistance with my registration?

- Who do I contact if I have been sent a report by mistake from another Site?
Please contact the HPA Laboratory that issued the report (the contact details are found at the top of the report).
