Please include your name and affiliation. Only business email addresses should be used; we are not resourced to deal with enquiries from the general public, and will not respond to any postings from email addresses @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com etc.

Complaints MUST NOT cite any patient identifiers; use ARMRL reference numbers only.
