MLST for epidemiology (PowerPoint Presentation, 627 KB)We realise that it is not always possible for every interested user to attend the User Group meetings, therefore we are providing the opportunity for regional laboratories to host upcoming User Group meetings. Hosting a User Group session will provide a platform for local bioinformatics issues and will allow direct access to the CfI Bioinformatics Support Team.
We are always interested in bioinformatics and sequencing projects that are in progress throughout the HPA, and we actively encourage contributions from staff members in the regional laboratories. Are you sequencing an unusual or important organism or have you found a new bioinformatics application? Why not present it at the User Group and let people know!! If you would like to present at, or host, a User Group meeting Contact us for more information.
