All our services are of the highest standard; they are approved by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in accordance with the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999 (IRR99). We are also dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service possible. This is applicable not only to the setting up of the service but throughout the supply period and beyond, in the form of after-sales care.
We produce a newsletter, Monitor, for our customers to help them keep in touch with services developments and to provide other useful information. We also have a customer noticeboard which covers issues as they arise, allowing customers to keep up-to-date with what is happening.
