New Frontiers - National Chlamydia Screening Programme Annnual Report 2005/6

Synopsis

The report's title, New Frontiers, reflects the movement of the NCSP this year into a new scale of operation within a new NHS environment and the new opportunities for community-based collaborative development across the health economy of England. In this third year of implementation, the Programme has confirmed that screening for chlamydia can be delivered safely and effectively in a wide variety of medical and non-medical settings and via both statutory and voluntary providers.
