Feed to milk and feed to animal products transfer parameters have been reviewed. The majority of the data relate to transfer of radiocaesium and radiostrontium to cows' milk. For many parameters, only a few datasets could be found, and, where this is the case, opportunities exist for further research. Specific areas for research are suggested, although it is recognised that in some cases the cost of such research could outweigh the benefits.
