C. difficile infection (CDI) - Monthly results

CDI reports by acute Trust

Tables include all data for a 13 month period by month (Tables 2a, 3a) and an archive table of data for the financial year (FY) 2010/11 by month (Tables 2b, 3b). Data for the time periods prior to this is available in the archived quarterly tables.

Tables 2a & 2b: March monthly Trust apportioned counts of CDI in patients aged 2 years and over (Excel Spreadsheet, 310 KB)

  • Table 2a: Monthly CDI counts by acute Trust in patients aged 2 years and over; March 2011 to March 2012- Trust apportioned cases only.
  • Table 2b: Archive of monthly counts of CDI in patients aged 2 years and over; FY 2010/11 - Trust apportioned cases only. Updated twice yearly.

Tables 3a & 3b: March monthly Trust apportioned counts of CDI in patients aged 65 years and over (Excel Spreadsheet, 310 KB)

  • Table 3a: Monthly CDI counts by acute Trust in patients aged 65 years and over; March 2011 to March 2012- Trust apportioned cases only.
  • Table 3b: Archive of monthly counts of CDI in patients aged 65 years and over; FY 2010/11 - Trust apportioned cases only. Updated twice yearly.

CDI reports by Primary Care Organisation (PCO)

Tables include all data for a 13 month period by month (Table 4a) and an archive table of data for the financial year (FY) 2010/11 by month (Table 4b). Data for the time periods prior to this is available in the archived quarterly tables.
