CHARGING POLICY

The annual subscription will be waived at the editors' discretion.

Distribution outside the UK for Communicable Disease and Public Health will be sent without charge only to national surveillance centres and ministries or departments of health. Enquiries about this policy should be sent in writing to the editor.

PAYMENT

Please indicate your requirements for annual subscriptions by completing the form below. Payment should be by cheque or money order (in £ sterling) drawn on a UK bank, payable to "Health Protection Agency". The amount is £107 (£135 overseas) per subscription copy of CDPH. Back issues are available on request but a charge may be made to cover handling and postage costs.
