Customised Laser Safety Courses

HPA and Loughborough University are happy to provide customised laser safety training courses. These can be held at your premises, at one of our training facilities, or at another venue of your choice.

A wide range of courses can be provided.

• Half-day Awareness Courses - suitable for management, trade union safety representatives and staff in the environment of the laser work.
• Half or one-day courses covering laser safety in the entertainment industry for licensing and environmental health officers.
• One- or two-day Laser Safety Courses - for Safety Officers, laser users, service and maintenance personnel.
• One- or two-day courses providing an Introduction to Laser Safety Management.
• Medical and Dental Laser Safety Courses - for clinicians, medical support staff and hospital Safety Officers. For medical practices in the private sector, the courses can also include the requirements of the Care Standards Act 2000.
• Assessed courses for Laser Safety Officers - typically of four or five days' duration.

Course materials can be tailored to meet your own applications if required, including examinations and certificates of attendance.
