Synopsis

This is a five year research and development strategy report. The report outlines the main functions and unique R&D capabilities at the Health Protection Agency. The main R&D themes are listed, and described in relation to the Agency's key corporate goals.

 

The report also outlines how the Agency is committed to working in partnership to optimise the utilisation of its research base and its application to Health Protection. Details of key R&D targets are provided in the electronic version. This report provides a framework that will guide the Health Protection Agency and partner organisations on productive areas for Research and Development.
