Clostridium difficile Ribotyping

Please note that all referrals of C.difficile for ribotyping from England should be sent to the appropriate CDRN collaborating laboratories. Please contact your regional microbiologist for information on how to access this service or go to the Clostridium difficile Ribotyping Network (CDRN) Service webpage.

Please ensure that you have read the guidelines and completed both the questionnaire and request form before submission of isolates
